Online food orders
When you place a food order, we process your name, phone number, order type, selected payment method, selected items and prices, requested time and notes, as well as the delivery address where applicable. The information is first stored in the restaurant system and is accessible to authorised staff for processing. WhatsApp then opens with a prepared order message; sending it remains your choice. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Data is retained only as long as necessary to process the order and meet legal retention duties.
